TRANSACTION PROCEDURES:

1. Submit ISIN Number we will prequalify the MTN. If acceptable – Submit CIS and Euroclear pages. 

2. All parties execute, sign and initiate the Agreement, which thereby automatically becomes a full commercial recourse contract.

3. Upon signature of the Agreement, MTN provider shall within 1 – 3 banking days instruct his bank to initiate the transmission of the FREE DELIVERY via DTC MT542. 

4. Upon monetization of the Medium Term Note (MTN) trading will begin.

5.  The trade returns 300% of the face value over 12 months with weekly payments

We can work with bank and corporate MTN. Corporate MTN MUST have traded and show history online.
